We would like to introduce a recipe for “Inari Sushi,” a traditional Japanese dish using our product “Inari-age”. Inari-sushi is a simple and delicious sushi dish consisting of sweetened fried tofu stuffed with vinegared rice. It is easy to make, so please give it a try.
Inari Sushi Ingredients
- Our product “Inari-age”
- Rice (about 300 g cooked rice / 2 bowls)
- Sushi vinegar (a mixture of about 30 ml vinegar, about 18 g sugar, and about 3 g salt)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Ingredients of your choice (e.g. chopped vegetables, seaweed, dried shrimp, etc.)
How to make Inari Sushi
- Prepare rice: Mix the cooked rice with sushi vinegar gently. You can also add sesame seeds or chopped fillings to enhance the flavor.
- Prepare inari-age: Open a bag of our product “Inari-age”. Our Inari Age is already sweetened and ready to use.
- Filling: Fill the inari-age with sushi rice. Take a portion of the vinegared rice, shape it lightly with your hands, and stuff it into the Inari Age pouches.
- Finish: Place the filled sushi on a plate.
