OFFICIAL NOTICE: Product Packaging Update

To: Valued Customers, Agents, and Partners,

Kowa General Food (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. would like to sincerely thank our valued customers for your trust and continued support of Kowa Food products over the past time.

With the aim of improving service quality and enhancing consumer experience, we would like to respectfully inform you that from January 30, 2026, the Company will officially apply new packaging designs for the following 03 products: Frozen Fried Tofu – Chilled Fried Tofu – Mochi Lucky Bag

Details are as follows:

Product	Net Weight	New Packaging
Frozen Fried Tofu (Storage below –18°C)	90 gram
Fried Tofu (Chilled storage)	45 gram
Mochi Lucky Bag (Frozen storage below –18°C)	150 gram

This packaging change does not affect the product quality or ingredients. All technical standards, product functions, and sales policies remain unchanged.

During the initial implementation period, both old and new packaging will be available concurrently in the market. Therefore, we kindly request our customers to fully use products with the old packaging according to their expiration dates in order to avoid waste.
