How to make miso soup with Fried tofu

Traditional Japanese Miso Soup. Easy to make.

 

Ingredients 

  • Fried tofu (Abura-age): 3 pieces
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Dried wakame seaweed: a few grams
  • Miso: to taste
  • Water: appropriate amount

 

Instructions

  1. Cut the fried tofu, green onion, and onion into desired widths.
  2. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the fried tofu, green onion, onion, and wakame seaweed.
  3. Once the ingredients are cooked through, dissolve the miso in the water, and it’s ready to serve.
