Traditional Japanese Miso Soup. Easy to make.
Ingredients
- Fried tofu (Abura-age): 3 pieces
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Onion: 1 piece
- Dried wakame seaweed: a few grams
- Miso: to taste
- Water: appropriate amount
Instructions
- Cut the fried tofu, green onion, and onion into desired widths.
- Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the fried tofu, green onion, onion, and wakame seaweed.
- Once the ingredients are cooked through, dissolve the miso in the water, and it’s ready to serve.
