Production process
The Making of Mochi Kinchaku
Step
01

Soybean reception
We import Non-GMO soybeans managed under the IP system from North America. The soybeans are stored in a temperature-controlled environment to prevent the deterioration of raw material quality.
Step
02

Tofu shaping
Soy milk is extracted from soaked soybeans, coagulated, and then shaped into tofu.
Step
04

Mochi Kinchaku shaping
The mochi is stuffed into the fried tofu, tied with dried gourd strips, and shaped into Mochi Kinchaku.
Step
03

Fried tofu processing
The shaped tofu is sliced thinly and fried in oil to create fried tofu. This fried tofu is used as an outer layer to encase the mochi.
Step
05

Vacuum packaging and freezing
Once the Mochi Kinchaku is complete, it is vacuum-packed and sterilized using heat to preserve quality, followed by freezing.
Step
06

Final packaging and shipping preparation
The frozen Mochi Kinchaku undergoes final safe and hygienic packaging. After quality inspection, the products are prepared for shipment.
